"Successfully completed projects: • Migration to global corporate network; new network addressing without office downtime • Migration to global corporate Active Directory (considering FZ-152 federal law) • Migration to corporate Office 365 • Total overhaul of IT infrastructure (about 150 users, inventory size: 9 physical, ~20 virtual servers, 8 switches, 2 routers, 6 APs, Office Access System). All local IT services were redesigned and redeployed o Deployment of fail-tolerant virtualization cluster to host all production VMs o Deployment of Atlassian Jira as a ticket-tracking system o Deployment of Kaspersky Endpoint Security as company-wide endpoint protection solution o Deployment of cloud-based backup solution (Veeam Backup & Replication 9. 5) o Development of DRP o Deployment of infrastructure for a representative office. Other achievements: • Better terms for Internet line contract negotiated, saving about 300K RUB annually. • New procedure for user access rights provision. This saved a lot of work hours on user rights management, audit, and offered better information security. Responsibilities: • Budget management (annual budget about RUB 20-25M) • Contracting hardware and services • Documenting (Atlassian Confluence) • Support team management • License management."
